A new ‘AI Playbook for Jersey’ has been published this week, aimed at aligning key institutions around common aims and coordinated actions to ensure Jersey is sufficiently prepared for the opportunities and threats presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

10 February 2026 – Jersey cannot afford to be complacent and must invest in technology and skills if it is to continue to compete and thrive in a rapidly shifting world, according to speakers at this year’s Digital Jersey Annual Review.

At our Annual Review event on 5th February 2026 at Cineworld, our community came together to reflect on 2025, share real examples of innovation, and look ahead to what’s next for Jersey’s digital sector. The event also featured insights from published author and CEO of AI in Business, Katie King, and local economist, James Linder.

A digitally-driven programme for people newly diagnosed with dementia is to be piloted in Jersey thanks to a grant to Dementia Jersey through the Impact Jersey ‘CareTech Challenge’ Programme, which is delivered by Digital Jersey.

A new multi-stakeholder body has been established to bring together the expertise of industry, public sector and regulatory bodies and support the effective adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in Jersey.
