Rachel is a highly experienced applied technologist who has worked on a diverse portfolio of physical-digital development programmes.
After graduating she went to work for James Dyson to develop a diesel particulate exhaust cleaning system. From there she co-founded a technology start-up, which developed the first mobile phone proximity marketing solution which was used by global brand advertisers in 15 countries.
After exit she became a technology consultant working with start-ups and global companies developing innovative technology and products. Since 2015 her consulting business, TPO12, has been working with R&D and innovation departments at a range of global companies finding solutions to major multi-disciplinary technical challenges.
She is also on the board of a retail Internet-of-Things start-up and advises investors on technology investments. She holds an MEng degree in Engineering (Fluid Mechanics & Thermodynamics).
