The Digital Jersey Hub provides a flexible, affordable co-working office space in an open collaborative environment.

Digital Jersey Members can take advantage of hot-desking facilities in the hub, with permanent desks and offices available to rent in the expanded hub, in Forum 4. There’s a range of meeting rooms and events facilities, catering for up to 40 people, with access to presentation equipment including smart TVs and video conferencing. The atmosphere is progressive, positive and productive. Plus, as part of the social digital community, networking opportunities and inspiration come as standard.

All rates include the facilities featured plus unlimited tea, coffee and water served from our hub kitchen area.

Bookings and fees terms and conditions
  • If you are a non-member, please refer to the hub rates table above.
  • If you are a small business member, meeting rooms are bookable up to 2 hours per day and you can book 2 events per year in ‘Berners-Lee and Hall’ as part of your membership benefits, if you go over your meeting / events allowance please refer to the above rates table for hire fees.
  • If you are an Enterprise member, there is no limitations to meeting room requests, you can book 4 events per year in ‘Berners-Lee and Hall’ and 2 events per year in the hub’s ‘Presentation area’ as part of your membership benefits, if you go over your events allowance, please refer to the above rates table for hire fees.
  • A payment link (SumUp) or raised invoice for the hire fee (or any additional costs) incurred will be issued following the booking request.
  • A meeting / event booking is not guaranteed without payment or an agreed invoice instruction in writing.
  • Digital Jersey requires a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to cancel a meeting / event.
  • Any events or bookings that incur a charge that are then cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice will be required to pay the full hire fee.
  • All booking requirements (set up, catering, audio) must be made 7 working days in advance to the Digital Jersey Events Team via the direct booking contact or email [email protected].
  • Any bookings scheduled outside of the standard Digital Jersey operating hours (below) must be requested at least 14 working days in advance:
    • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5pm
    • *Except bank holidays / Christmas opening hours
  • Users with outstanding financial obligations to Digital Jersey will be denied further use of the facilities until such obligations are met.
  • Bookings are non-transferable and may not be offered for use to another organisation or individual.
  • The Hirer is solely responsible for informing attendees of the details of the booking or event taking place at Digital Jersey and providing directions.
