We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business. While prior Salesforce experience is not required, you will be expected to quickly learn and master this tool. Your ability to understand business requirements, coupled with your technical skills, will enable you to drive impactful changes and improvements.

Main responsibilities and duties

  • Collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce enhancements and changes
  • Translate business needs into detailed specifications and actionable tasks
  • Implement and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and mapping within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Partner with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure solutions are effective and user-friendly
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption of Salesforce
  • Continuously research and implement new Salesforce features and capabilities to enhance business processes

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or other business analysis tools
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce (training will be provided)
