Job Summary:
As part of the People Operations team, this role plays a crucial part in delivering a great employee experience to the business by using their knowledge of people policies and procedures to ensure effective communication across various stakeholder groups, managing expectations whilst streamlining and simplifying our processes. The role is the SME for Data Stewardship, Analysis and Engagement.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Human Capital data ensuring data governance and controls are in place including regulatory and ad hoc reporting
  • Providing data assurance and quality support surrounding Human Capital data ensuring maintenance of systems and actioning system development
  • Undertaking technical documentation and creating innovative technology focused solutions
  • Identifying Data Ownership Model for Human Capital data
  • Problem solving technology issues by raising and managing tickets with the global teams

  • Human Capital Manager (D&I, Systems, Reward, Policy Lead)
    There are no direct reports into this role

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential

Skills & Experience Required

Essential skills:

  • Experience of data analysis, working with complex data sets
  • Experience of visualisation & reporting of data with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience of Human Capital/Human Resources technologies
  • Experience of data quality assurance and governance
  • Experience of system integration
  • Experience of preparing technical documentation in relation to process, data and access management
  • Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach with the ability to problem solve and provide support

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR and relevant data regulation
  • Experience in development and implementation of process documentation to support HC policy & programmes
  • Experience in the use of Workday
  • Understanding of data migration activities
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands
  • A professional and resourceful approach and an ability to build rapport at all levels

Travel Requirements
As part of a cross-island team, this role may require regular travel between the islands and may occasionally require further travel.
