Access to industry events and networking
Jersey’s growing tech and creative community consists of more than 400 digital businesses and over 3,000 professionals working in digital tech roles. The strong sense of community in Jersey drives collaborations within the tech sector, and Digital Jersey can help you to build your network and connect with on-island digital talent with a variety of skills.
Digital Jersey host a number of exciting industry events, giving members the opportunity to learn, ask questions and collaborate. Events are promoted in our newsletter and across social media, and our Digital event calendar is kept up to date.
Unlimited use of the Digital Jersey and DJX Hubs as flexible work areas
As a Digital Jersey member, you have unlimited access to both our St. Helier and St. Brelade (DJX) Hubs where you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals. The friendly and casual environment has led to successful community networking and growth opportunities for existing Digital Jersey members.
This benefit costs £5.00 per day for an individual member and is free to small business and enterprise members. It includes access to hot desks, WiFi and free tea/coffee. If you are not already a member, why not book a tour today?
Access to a dedicated desk at the Digital Jersey offices on the first floor of Forum 4
Permanent desks based at the Digital Jersey offices start from only £120 per month for members, with all-inclusive access to a range of fantastic in-house facilities. You will interact with other forward-thinking members, cutting-edge companies and Digital Jersey staff, in a progressive, positive and productive environment.
Access to meeting rooms
At the main Digital Jersey Hub in St. Helier, there are six meeting rooms to choose from. Perfect for team strategy sessions or project planning, they include access to presentation equipment including smart TVs and video conferencing. This benefit costs £10.00 per hour for an individual member and is free to small business and enterprise members.
Access to the Hub’s Presentation Suite for larger private events
Digital Jersey members can gain access to the Hub’s Presentation Suite in St. Helier for larger private events of up to 40 people, including catering and access to presentation equipment. Small business members can benefit from holding 2 free events per annum and enterprise members can benefit from holding 4 free events per annum. The cost for individual members is £300 per event.
For large events up to 110 people, enterprise members get first refusal on sponsorship for events and other promotion opportunities and can benefit from holding 2 free events per annum. The cost for small business members is £600 per event. *This benefit is not available to individual members.
Promotion of your own company events and blogs via our newsletter and website
As a small business and enterprise member, Digital Jersey can promote your own company events and blogs via our website, newsletter and social media channels. Likewise, you can submit events and news via our website directly.
Furthermore, Digital Jersey can add members to the dedicated Member Directory, which includes a short profile where others can learn more about your business and services.
Fast track support for applying for Work Permissions to recruit staff
Digital Jersey can help your business access the talent it needs to thrive and grow by helping you to obtain Working Permissions when sourcing off-island skilled employees. Our dedicated team have a strong working relationship with the Government of Jersey’s Population Office, and we will assist with compiling the necessary documentation and applicant endorsement.
