Jersey based digital agency, Switch Digital, has announced several new appointments to its leadership team.

Founder and former Managing Director, Damon Eastwood has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Co-owner Lynne Capie as the agency’s Chief Strategy Officer.

In these roles, Damon and Lynne will develop the agency’s Jersey based and global business. Lynne will continue to provide communications consultancy and advisory work for Switch’s clients.

Juye Symons has also been promoted to Chief Technical Officer, and Nathan Nicholls to Chief Digital Officer. In these roles, they will continue to lead and support the Digital Marketing and UX & Development teams, as well as provide advisory services for Switch’s clients.

In addition to these leadership promotions, Switch has also aligned its services into four integrated teams; Digital Marketing, Comms & Creative, UX & Development and Client Services. These teams will work seamlessly together to provide clients with a full service offering to support the delivery of their strategic and commercial objectives.

As a result, Switch has announced the following promotions:
→ Paul Denning to Head of Digital Marketing
→ Kezia Lightfoot to Head of Comms & Creative
→ Elliott White to Head of UX & Development
→ Dean Porter to Lead Animator & Designer
→ Leah Tackling to Lead Digital Marketer
→ Jack Pallot to Technical Lead

Damon commented:
“After a successful 20 years at Switch, it felt like a natural time for us to evolve how we operate as a business for our clients. Lynne has provided invaluable input to the Board since she joined us, and has driven significant revenue for all of the Switch business far beyond her previous role as our Communications Director. Having Lynne alongside me as Chief Strategy Officer formalises the responsibility for running and developing Switch as we continue to develop and grow.

This also created an excellent opportunity for us to recognise the specialist and expert knowledge we have in house as well as provide the opportunities for everyone to achieve their full potential; these promotions are a testament to this. We are really excited to have such a strong leadership and management team in place who have demonstrated their desire and commitment to managing our teams and supporting the Board to drive our strategy and deliver our cultural and commercial objectives.”

Switch was established in 2003 by Damon Eastwood as a web development agency. Since then, the agency has grown to include a team of content creators, digital marketing experts, exceptional engineers, imaginative designers, storytelling wordsmiths and trusted advisors who share an obsession to create better every day.
